ODK Configuration Help Required

Dear Sir
Can any Body Help me for configuration of ODK please see all the picture
are attached & tell men Process for Configuration.

I have installed Java Then Microsoft fram.net then MySQL Installer Then
Apache Tomcat then ODK & finally I give the Command Prompt but still i am
facing this problem which is attached please send me proper link for ODK
configuration Tutorial or training or any other material which help me for
configuration

Kindly Please Guide me for Further Support.

Yes only one Error during enter the server website in any browser .
