Odk data loss

Dear all,
My field team went to the field to collect data using ODK collect and sent to our aggregate server.I have pulled the data from the server using briefcase but there is problem of the total number of data collected.

It seems that all data was successfully sent to the server but data collected from all areas on the specific date 13/09/2015 are not found on the server.Supervisor confirmed that all data sent.

I would like to know whether wireless connectivity failure could cause this problem to happen.I have reviewed all the android phones to confirm the submission of the data and it ok.

Look under Forms Management / Submission Admin

Do the missing surveys appear there?

Submissions that appear under that tab have not yet received all of their
attachments (associated images, video or audio files). These submissions
should be marked as Failed to Send on ODK Collect (they should not be
reported as successfully sent). Once they are re-submitted, and all of the
attachments are received, they will automatically move into the submissions
list.

Assuming you still have the submissions on the device, you can re-send
submissions by going to the Send Finalized Form screen, and long-pressing
the Toggle All button, and choosing to Show Sent and Unsent Forms. Then
select the forms that were already sent, and re-send them.

Nothing bad will happen if you re-send already-processed submissions.
