Am still new to ODK. I use a sample form from Get Form. After completing the form. On trying to send the finalized form to the Aggregate server, the error below popup "sample error not found (404) at [http://murphyola-1379.appsport.com?deviceid](http://murphyola-1379.appsport.com?deviceid) [http://murphyola-1379.appsport.com/?deviceid](http://murphyola-1379.appsport.com/?deviceid) =imei %3A359869066005146". I will be glad if someone can help me out.
