Unfortunately, full internationalization with locale-specific dates
formatting is not available.
Localization of ODK Aggregate would be a big effort (
https://developers.google.com/web-toolkit/doc/2.4/DevGuideI18n ), but code
contributions are very welcome.
ODK Aggregate also displays all dates in UTC, rather than local time.
When changing to support internationalization, I would expect that the Site
Admin / Preferences page would have a selection for the display time zone
and perhaps the default locale or date format to use (though the locale is
usually something the browser requests and not the server).

I'm from Brazil and I'm using ODK build to create a form and everything is
working fine, except the fact that date is coming as Tue Feb 28 00:00:00
How do I do to this date come as day/month/year?
