[ODK Developers] Re: Exporting an downloading data from the server

Hi,
My first guess of the matter could be that you have exceeded the maximum free quota of the aggregate app engine. Please verify that you are within the limit, otherwise, subscribe.

I have been trying to export stored data and download it in CSV for
over 6 weeks now. I often get an error message "HTTP Error 500
(Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while
the server was attempting to fulfill the request". I have managed to
get through a couple of times but each time for less than 5 minutes
during which I am not able to generate the CSV file. Someone please
advise.

Thank you.

Thanks Humphreys

I may have exceeded the maximum free quota. Please guide me through the subscription process, I would like to do it today so I can access the data.

Lucy,

To enable the subscription you need to go to your app engine
administrative console.

From App Engine's website:

  1. Sign in to the Administration Console at
https://appengine.google.com. Google Apps users can sign in at
    https://appengine.google.com/a/your_domain.com.
  2. Select the application for which you would like to purchase resources
  3. Click Billing Settings from the left menu.
  4. Click Enable Billing and follow the steps in Setting a Daily Budget, below.

Here is a link I got the information from:
https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/billing#Enabling_Paid_Apps

Cheers,
Waylon

Hi,

We tried to pay but it wants to link with a premier app engine account.
It's not like a commercial website and won't accept a credit card. Our
organization has a paid account with Google to backup corporate emails. We
tried to link to this account too but I'm not sure that email backup
service is the same thing as a premier app engine account though.

Our data are still stuck on the ODK servers, please advice.
