ODK deviceID (MAC Address) in Android M

In Android M the MAC address seems to be no longer accessible
(https://developer.android.com/about/versions/marshmallow/android-6.0-changes.html#behavior-hardware-id),
so we are getting 02:00:00:00:00:00 as the deviceid for almost all of our
tablets in the field. Not expecting an immediate solution to this, but
just letting you know since you may want to tweak the deviceid stack in the
future.

Thanks
Jason

Thanks.
