Odk form update failing in odk collect

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
this is selfhosted odkcemtral. everything was working fine bu from last week we could not able to update the forms in odk collect app since forms are visible in the get forma option but while downloading forms getting an error saying form update failed.

i have updated the ssl certificate and udated ports and also build several times.

Read your container logs. What do they say?

The problem is occurring when we try to access the project over a new device. older devices are working fine.

It was working fine till last week.
