Odk instance keeps refreshing

Hi Mitch,
Please have a look at my instance (https://koboinsight.appspot.com) as it
keeps refreshing once I log into it. I have already invited you as a
Developer on my instance.
This is urgent as we have a survey due to start before the weekend.
Also I have created new instances (https://koboinsight2.appspot.com)
https://koboinsight.appspot.comand (https://koboinsight3.appspot.com)https://koboinsight.appspot.comand I can't seem to get them up and running (None Deployed). Don't know how
to use appcfg.
Help!!

Please do not write in all caps. Also, please note that your urgency
doesn't necessarily mean that the core team will be able to help. They
also have their own urgent tasks.

has instructions now how to fix the refresh problem yourself.

Note that you need to re-run the Aggregate installer so that you can
generate the configuration appropriate for each of your instances (
koboinsight, koboinsight2, koboinsight3).

Running just the upload script will upload to the specific instance that
you specified at the time you ran the installer.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the koboinsight2 and
koboinsight3 sites. I suspect you were just trying to re-run the upload
script for the koboinsight instance, rather than run the installer again to
generate the files appropriate for those other instances.

Because we have designed the tools to run without constant connections to the server, we assume that your data collection efforts can tolerate outages of your servers that last several days. During peak development efforts, the core team may not respond to requests for 3-4 days, and we are unlikely to look at any of our e-mails over the weekend.

If you need higher levels of support and availability, you can contract
with companies to manage your data collection servers.
