1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
We want to link our ODK survey to a data repository. The idea is that people answer a quick survey before they upload their data to the repository. For this purpose we thought of embedding the online survey into another website using iFrame.
Is it possible to embed an online survey in another website via iFrame?

Regarding your form, are you trying to use Enketo platform as web form? if yes, then you will be able to embed that on a website.
