I am working on scan-able forms which will be used to collect data in the
field using paper forms. I intend to scan these filled forms and load the
data into a database. While searching for the available options, I came
across ODK Scan. I wish to enquire on how I can get the ODK Scan setup
files to enable me test it if it fits my needs.
Is there a link I can use to download the apk file?

I have included a link to a stable version of the Scan APK along with links
to versions of Tables, Survey, and Sync that are compatible with this
version of Scan. Scan has yet to be officially released, but we are
planning an official release of Tables, Survey, and Sync soon that will
work with Scan. The version of Aggregate that works with these APKs is
1.4.5.
