Hello,

I tried to connect with my google account to ODK aggregate deployed on GAE.
It fail and I don't know why. The error message is Error: Authentication
Failed: account not recognized

Please help me.

Is this your first time logging in?

The e-mail address has to exactly match that of your gmail account, as
viewed in the top right corner.

Note that beginning April 20th, Google GMail accounts will no longer work.
You should upgrade your server to 1.4.5 and switch to using ODK Aggregate
usernames and passwords for all access.

How do this? I have a ODK Agreggate at MacBook Pro. I don't know how do it.
My login is gmail.

Do what?

The instructions for setting up and using ODK Aggregate are here:

And if you do have it installed, the instructions for logging in are here:

If you are having trouble, we recommend you first set up and learn to use
ODK Aggregate on AppEngine. Once you understand how the application works,
you can then work through setting it up to run on your own computer.
