I was trying to expose ODKAggregate Data through API with no success, How can I access ODKAggregate submitted form through API....Well I dn't found any help regarding this so I thought its better to ask here..

The developer list (opendatakit-developers@ ) is more appropriate for this
question.
Unless you are a software developer, you should use ODK Briefcase and use
its Command line interface (CLI) to download data from ODK Aggregate
(assuming the publishers don't work for your needs).

But of you really want to hack, this is the spec for the interfaces used by
