Open another form in odk form

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I want to launch or open another form when the answer to a select1 question is yes.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
I am using ODK Collect Version 1.26.2 with Ona server.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have searched through the forum and in the documentation but no solution.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Please direct me to a section in the documentation that can guide me.

Opening another form or switching between forms is not possible in ODK Collect. I don't know what you want to achieve but usually we solve such problem adding groups that are relevant or not based on previous answers in your case it might be select _one yes/no answer.
