Opendatakit.appspot.com down?

Hi,

Is there any word on when opendatakit.appspot.com will be available
again? I have used it on and off to test Group Complete's compatibility
with Aggregate but it looks like it's down at the moment.

I'm seeing the following error when I visit
https://opendatakit.appspot.com/Aggregate.html

Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this 

error message and the query that caused it.

Also, the latest version of Collect from tip is failing to retrieve the
list of forms from opendatakit.appspot.com with the following error, but
I'm not sure if it's due to Aggregate being down or another problem.

Error Getting Form List
Form listing failed. https://opendatakit.appspot.com/formList responded 

with: Internal Server Error (500).

No idea on why the server is down but the phone error is definitely
related. Both are 500 server errors.

I thought so, thanks for confirming Thomas.

This is due to the new billing settings.

We're currently working within the same constraints as others using appspot.

We've exceeded the free quota.
