Option for odk collect auto download available forms

Is there a way to set odk collect to auto download forms when new forms are
published.

Hi Abdullah,

It's on the list of features to add to Collect. The issue has been
filed at https://github.com/opendatakit/collect/issues/35.

Please add to the issue by describing why this is a problem for your
use-case and a proposed approach if you have one in mind.
