Photo/Audio/Video file names

For a media answer type (photo, video or audio) why is the original file name not retained?
Currently the time in milliseconds is used as the file name.

We make no assumptions on the persistence or content of the files stored
outside of ODK Collect.

It might be that a specialized camera app generates and writes a different
file "myimage.jpg" to a given location each time it is invoked.

If we just copied and preserved the name, "myimage.jpg" into ODK Collect,
everything would be OK until we tried to do this two or more times within
the same form (e.g., within a repeat group). In that case, each of these
files would have the same name, but would have held different values.

While we could assume that the default camera app would never do this, ODK
Collect is designed to launch any app that supports the Camera intent. And
we did not want to make any assumptions about how all of those possible
apps might behave.
