We are considering to start using ODK. Will it be possible to fill forms using a computer? Will it be possible to install the application on a computer?
ODK Collect runs only on Android phones and tablets.
However, https://www.enketo.org has a browser-based implementation that is
90+% compatible with the form definition language used by ODK Collect and
the various tools. Because it runs in your browser, it can run on any
computer.

There is also www.wepi.org. The application creates forms for computer
entry and at the same time they are available to download to ODK Collect
from the "Download blank forms" button.
