Preload .csv file in ODK Aggregate to call existing fields

Greetings group, how could we store data from a form to a .csv with data preloaded for it ?. We use a VM as an ODK Aggregate server. We take an example of the official documentation of the following address, but nevertheless it does not work. http://xlsform.org/#pre-loading-csv-data

First, what I need to achieve is to include data entered through other forms to another form created, making a query of them from the other form to replicate the error. In ODK COLLECT is it possible to add records entered into other forms to a select field ?.
