Problem Connecting Server

Hello!

I am working with a non-profit We have been using ODK for about a year and a half with no problems. A few weeks ago, we stopped being able to access our server and have been receiving an "Error 500" message. Please message me to help us solve this issue. It is very important that we are able to at the very least retrieve the data.

Hi Erika,

Error 500 doesn't provide sufficient detail to help. What exactly does
the error message say?

i.e., whoever maintains your ODK Aggregate server needs to look at the
error logs that the server outputs to identify the problem.
