I work for an NGO in Uganda that uses google for business to provide email addresses with our name in the address (i.e. @irise.org.uk rather than @gmail.com) as well as access to google apps (Drive, sheets, etc).
We also use ODK Collect and Aggregate to capture real-time information from our field teams. I'm trying to set things up so that this data can be published in real time to google sheets, processed (via google sheets), and a real time summary be available to the field team (again via google sheets).
The issue I'm having is that I can't get ODK to publish data to a drive account linked to a work email address. I'm not getting any error messages, the data just does not appear in the google drive account and no google spreadsheet file is being created. I can work around this by publishing to a non-work @gmail.com account and then sharing the spreadsheet with a work account but I'd rather the data was stored and owned by work accounts only. Is there a way to fix this? We're a small organisation without any dedicated IT expertise so any help that can be offered is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Calum
Hi Calum,
This is a known problem (see
https://github.com/opendatakit/opendatakit/issues/777) and it's not
something that the ODK team can fix. It's likely a limitation of the
Google App Engine and Google Apps integration.

Hi Yaw,
Thanks for the extra info, I'll make do with the work-around.
