Problem with data synchronization for ODK Survey 2.0, ODK Aggregate 1.4.4

My team is currently developing with ODK Survey 2.0 for enumerator to collect information using Android tablet. My current status able to submit finalized form to ODK Aggregate server.
Issues:

  1. Unable to use ODK Sync for data synchronization, after authentication it said NETWORK_ERROR?
  2. If able to synchronize, how can I sync data to specific user/ device?
  3. ODK Sync must use Google OpenID? Can use ODK account in aggregate server?
