i am using ODK collect integrated with google sheet, i want to protect my database, for example, if someone obtain my form, he can send data to my database simply with installing ODK collect, there is no need for any password or any other restriction to protect my database, is there any way to apply protection rules to not allow others to send data to my database?

You can restrict access to the Google Sheet to whatever Google Accounts you want to submit data to it. Have you tried that?
