Apologies if this has already posted, it didn't seem to the first time (not
a good start!).
I hope this isn't a stupid question. I've been having trouble moving
between ODK Build and ODK Aggregate. When I create a form in build and try
to publish it on aggregate it says that it has been successful and that I
can now view the form in my aggregate instance. However, when I go to the
Aggregate instance nothing appears.
I have made sure that the aggregate instance I upload to is the same as
what I am logging in to.
Similarly, or perhaps because of this, when I fill in a form using ODK
Collect (that I have added manually as an xml) I cannot seem to upload it
to aggregate and get a "Error (404) Not Found" message for the instance.
Can anybody help with this?

It is likely that your form is incomplete.
To confirm, download ODK Validate
And download your form XML to your local computer.
Then run ODK Validate (double-click to open -- you will need to have Java
installed on your computer), and choose your form. It will list any errors
that you need to fix. If it produces warnings, some of those can be safely
ignored, and others might indicate other problems in your form (e.g., a
choice list with no values).

I'll be sending out a separate notice, but this direct-publish mechanism
for ODK Build will no longer work after April 20th.
You will need to download the form to your computer, then either use the
FormUploader tool to push to ODK Aggregate, or navigate to the Forms
Management tab and choose "Add Form" to manually add the form.
