Charles,
If you are running an old version of Aggregate, please upgrade to the
latest version. We have lots of built in help in Aggregate v1.0 (look
in the upper right hand corner). In that help interface, we include a
video tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vfl0WxR-xcw) that
should help you publish data into a Fusion table.
Finally, we try to support ODK on the mailing list where answers are
archived for the entire community. I am forwarding your message to the
