Publishing Problem to Google

Still having some issues with my upgrade to 1.1.3 Aggregate. Finally with
some help from Mitch got the Google API Credentials working with a standard
GMail account. Now records are being collected and sent to Aggregate fine
but they are not being pushed or published to Google Spreadsheets and
Fusion Tables. If I delete the published connections and recreate them all
the records that are current on the server get pushed over but no new
records that get collect after that get published. I have tried it with
Stream New Submission Data Only and BOTH upload existing and New
Submissions and no luck. Any ideas? I had this problem once before and
never really figured out why it stop and started working again. The way we
are using the system this is a critical piece of the puzzle.

Any ideas...and thanks again for all the help

Andy

Seems to be working now. There is a 30 minute delay from when it gets on
the server to when it is posted to Google fusion tables or spreadsheets.
Is this normal? I do not remember this taking that long?

There seems something going on with the publishing. Sometimes works and then other times nothing gets pushed over.

I will keep doing some testing and let everyone know if I figure anything out.

Still not pushing records from server to Google. Any thoughts?

What platform are you running on? Have you looked at the log for error
messages? What do the error messages say?

Invite me to be a developer
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AppEngineTroubleshooting
I can see what I can do.

What sequence of actions were you doing prior to this? (be as specific as
possible; the clearer you can explain the sequence, the more likely I will
be able to figure out how it broke and prevent it from happening in the
future).

And what form(s) did you want removed from your ODK Aggregate server? (I
will likely need to do some manual deletion of data)

I am having no trouble publishing your "STORM" data to Google Spreadsheets

Are you publishing to a gmail.com account? Note that this issue
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/detail?id=776&start=100 ,
reported on this group several times already, makes it impossible to
publish to a non- @gmail.com account.

It should be working now.

Code fix for this is pushed and will be in the next ODK Aggregate release
(we were deleting the publisher without first gaining a task lock that
would prevent the publisher from running, so the delete was happening at
the same time as the publish, resulting in a race condition)

I need more of the log history (send it to me directly, not to opendatakit@).

Are you running under Tomcat 6 or under something else?

What happens if you check the 'Disable faster background actions (exports,
publishing, form deletion) (slows quota usage on Google AppEngine)'
checkbox on the Site Admin / Preferences page.

Does the publisher start to work?

Did you do any special configuration for your server, or is it just a
vanilla Tomcat 6 with the installer-generated war file?
