Published a form to Google Sheets less than 24 hours ago and it was working
perfectly
Just tried publishing a new form on the same Apps Engine instance
(Aggregate 1.4.5) and received the following error:
Have also tried other instances which have been publishing fine for months
and none of them are working now.
Assuming it has something to do with a change in the Google Drive API, any
ideas on how to fix the problem?

Likely will need an ODK Aggregate 1.4.6 release...
