I am wondering if it is possible to connect OKD aggregate data to Arc
Server (ESRI Product), i am new to this.

There is currently no automated way to go from ODK Aggregate to ESRI.
There is ongoing work to build an publisher to ESRI tools, but until
that ships, your best bet is perhaps http://geoodk.com or manually
export your data to CSV and re-import into ESRI.
http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/data-transfer/ has some more
information about the tradeoffs between exporting and publishing.
