Pulldata function and cascades function

Dear ODK community,

We are conducting and impact evaluation and we have codified the administrative units using cascades (Province, Commune, Colline et Sous-colline). The problem is that the form is taking too much time to load because the data for the admin units is "too heavy". Is there a way to use the cascades function with the pulldata function?

Thank you in advance

Best,
Ulises

Have you explored external item sets?
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/external-itemsets/

That would move the admin units data out into a separate database table,
speeding the loading of your survey (because the XML will be dramatically
smaller).
