Hello, I work with the application and it is very useful. Now I wanted to give free access to a form for people outside of my research to complete. And I thought they could open the form from a link or QR. Is it possible to do that?

You can't have a QR code that opens up the Collect app directly to a form. However, this is possible with a web form...
You can create a Public Access Link: https://docs.getodk.org/central-forms/#managing-public-access-links
Then encode the URL in a QR code using a separate service. There are a variety of options - try a web search for "QR code generator".
