I maybe wrong, but it seems to me that ODKAggregate can only accommodate one single project. By that I mean different users can see all the forms created by all the users. Is there a way where user 'A' cannot see the forms created by user 'B'.

You are correct. Your options are to set up a separate server for each
group of forms or put a shared secret in the A group of forms that
only the A users know.
