Random missing images in instances folder but XML is still there

Hi,
the company I currently working for has been having where a problem where by images in the instance folder gone missing but the XML is still there.

Currently the company is using 3 different phone model, Samsung W, Garmin, and Sony Xperia L and all three models are currently having the same problem.

The ODK collect we currently using is ODK Collect 1.1.7, I know this is quite old version of Collect and the reason that it was not upgraded to the latest version was because there were some modification done to the aggregate to cater some of our requirement, and because of the same modification prevented us from upgrading the ODK Collect as I had tested it.

FYI, it is very difficult to get Logcat from android as most of our surveyor will not be back from morning till evening, by then most of the log are irrelevant.

Thank you.

We simply cannot support 1.1.7.

You should contact Nafundi http://nafundi.com/
as they wrote that version of ODK Collect and are most familiar with it.

It's very likely that the folks who did the modifications broke
something. Email me directly at yanokwa@nafundi.com and we can figure
something out.
