@yanokwa I am also experiencing the problem that @Frimpongeben1 experienced but for me, it is mostly the questions that I have randomized the order of appearance. I just checked the link you provided but it does not solve my issue.
What version number of ODK Collect are you using? Can you attach your form for review?

I have the latest ODK version (v1.21.2). I cannot figure out what the problem is, randomization is working perfectly in the attached file. I am able to deploy this into tablets and enumerators are also able to conduct interviews, but the problem comes in when you open an interview that you saved and you are trying to edit it. That is when you realize answer responses for randomized questions are disappearing.
