Record Location -Using Network

I am using device for data collection which does not have GPS, can I
capture Network location. If yes, how?

Location prompt in the newest versions of Collect (> 1.5, I believe)
will automatically select location from whichever location provider is
available.

Be sure your phone's Settings / Location & Security page has "Use wireless
networks" checked. Otherwise it will only use GPS satellites.
