Recovering deleted Finalized forms

I deleted finalized forms before sent to server. Is there anyone can help me on how to recover the deleted forms?

YOur forms can be found in Internal Memory of phone. There will be a folder named "ODK" into your phone . you can find out all forms over there.

Thank you for prompt response but it will also delete from the ODK folder.

Did you delete ODK folder from Internal memory as well.

It's already there, but the instance folder is empty.

Then if the folder is empty, the data has gone.
How did this happen? Because even uninstalling the application does not delete the folder/data. You insights are highly appreciated to make the tool better.
