Regarding commercial usage of odk

i am from a company that is into GIS visualizations and analysis.but many of our clients also require GPS integrated attribute data collection.

we came across odk collect , and we feel it will be a good tool for data collection.
hence we want to use odk collect in conjunction with our own server and data aggregation platform and modify it according to our client needs and offer it as a paid service,for doing so what are the statutory requirements that needs to be done by our company with respect to the following

  1. should our website mandatory show the odk logo on it

  2. each time a new client signs up , should he be presented with the copyright
    clause or should the copyright clause be explicitly shown on our company web page

3)also what is the procedure for us to register our company as a paid service provider (so that we may help other users for help on form creation , customization etc )

also are there any other legal/statutory things that we need to adhere to apart from the above mentioned details
