Registering over 13,000 NGOs

We are an NGO, we are looking to make a map of the different NGOs in my country by category and sectors and then import it to GIS(this is not the problem). The problem would be that they will have to register every year over and over and it is a long process, is there a way that they can via an ID get all their info and only edit what has been changed over the months/current year?

Hi Carlos,

To my knowledge, the Vanilla ODK doesn't allow to fulfill this requirement
easily. However, we have developed workflows for similar requirements using
our platform rtSurvey. If you like to talk further, please let me know.

Best,
Trung.

Hi Carlos,

One way to implement this baseline/followup workflow in stock ODK is
to use preloaded data. You can find out more at
http://xlsform.org/#pre-loading-csv-data and
https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/data-preloading/.

You can also have folks register, stream that data into Google Sheets
or Google Fusion Tables and have users edit the data there.
