"relevant" causes malfunction in format-date-time() function

Attached two forms:

  1. format-date-time_error.xls: No time is displayed
  2. format-date-time_without_error.xls: time is displayed, but i remove the
    restriction of relevance.

Ok, I solved it.

I placed the "start time type" outside the group.
