Repeat multiple within multiple and choice filter based on selection

I am very new to ODK. I checked previous questions but still I am doing something wrong!

I have two issues:
the first is that I am asking select_multiple_animals, then each selected place I ask select_multiple_actions performed there, and then I ask select_one how frequent you go to each place. And, I want to mention the Label of the selected animals and actions in the frequency question.

The other issue is that some choices shouldn't apper with some choices e.g Milking shouldn't appear with cats or dogs.

Can you help/guide in that?
