Restricted access to other users in my odk aggregate

**What is the problem?
How can I give restricted access to other users in my odk aggregate? For example, I want to just export their forms? and look just their submissions

**What ODK tool and version are you using?
Version v.1.6.1

And on what device and operating system version?**
mobile in android systems

unfortunately ODK Agreggate doesn't allow to link forms and users so it's not possible.
