Hello all, I'm new to ODK, so please forgive me if I'm not clear. We have a data person, but he's not sure what to do and I need to sort this out or fill the data entries manually.
1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I have saved forms with medical data that failed to upload from ODK Collect to the database and now are only seen in the View Sent Form section, no longer in saved forms. I need to get that data extracted again from the tablets but I'm not sure how.
2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Using ODK collect v1.16.4 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A.
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
There is not a clear solution but I'm not exactly the person that typically uploads the data.
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Not sure how it happened.
