we have an ODK collect app customization that, starting from the form
values, creates a PDF.
If there a chance to send that PDF to the ODK Aggregate as happen to an
image captured with the odk collect app?

Several people have requested a generic file-attachment widget, but nobody
has contributed the $$s, work or code to do that.
