Seem to have broken my edu survey

Hi,

I seem to have broken my education survey. It was working well one
hour ago, but I made a few small changes, and now no questions or
selections appear, just hyphens (--) and selection circles or squares,
but no text.

the changes I made were:

-- some selection text items were really long, so I took some of the
text in the selection "name" field and shifted it into the section
"hint" field

-- I changed some labels for sections

when I look at the xform, it doesn't appear that the converter is
incorporating all the XLS contents (it has some text, but not nearly
enough, I think a lot of text is simply omitted)

any ideas?

you mind sending out the xls file you are trying to convert?
