For #1 you could add an option "Choose one", make it the first option, and
then make a constraint that says the answer can't be "Choose one".
For #2, Collect only supports linear, top to bottom ordering for multiple
questions on the same screen.

Hi i have two questions
- is there a way to on a select one spinner widget ask to the enumerator
to actually select one option on a required question? Because now the
spinner shows with the first option selected and the screen could be passed
without any response.
2)could i put on the same screen two select one spinner widget on a
matrix? I will try to explain this with an example On the image table below
yo see a group of issues/questions with two questions related. The second
of this to related questions have to be relevant depending on what is
answered on the first question.
Ex: did you know the president of the usa? if yes -> what do you think
about Him?
I dont know if this is posible.
Thanks as always.
