Send finalized form

I developed a testing form and tested from my phone. It works nicely. I
have few questions:
Can multiple devices load the same form (at the same time)? also would it
be a problem if multiple mobile devices send the same fianlized form data
at same time?

That is exactly the primary use case. Multiple devices connect to the
same Aggregate instance to get forms and submit completed forms.
