Sending Finalized Forms to the Aggregate Server: 400 Error FAIL

I am trying to send finalized forms from a phone and continue to get a
"CaregiverObsXLSv2 - Error: Bad Request (400) at
https://safestartkenya.odk.lshtm.ac.uk/submission?deviceID=imei%XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

I have 5 other phones using the same server URL and have been set up in the
exact same way that are not having this issue. This phone also worked in
the past. Not sure what happened! I have tried sending on wifi and though a
data connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please email the folks who setup the server at odk@lshtm.ac.uk for
support to look at the server logs.
