Setting up Aggregate

Hi,
Ok so now I have uploaded my form to form hub,set up a google app and run
ODK on my computer...now what. All these things are set up seperately, but
how do I get the form to load on to the app? Any help would be great.
Thanks

Check out the very informative website, for instance herehttp://opendatakit.org/use/collect/.
I follow the instruction toward the bottom of that page:

Forms you design do not have to be uploaded to Aggregate for them to be

Yeah I'v ebeen using the ODK steps to figure things out. However I am not
in country so loading the survey manually is not really an option.
Since we have the aggreate set up now and the forms on formhub do you know
how to create an ODK account. The next step says that we should log into
ODK and change the settings but I the google app account information doesnt
seem to be working. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks,

Just to clarify .....

Formhub and ODK Aggregate are two different back-end solutions. Both
host forms for download to client devices and both collect submitted
data. Formhub is a managed server. ODK Aggregate provides you with
the code to set up your own cloud server that only you control. They
are not setup to communicate with each other. Therefore, first you
need to decide which you'll be using.

If ODK Aggregate, then you will need to set up accounts (with
different privileges), upload forms (put together with Build or
XLSform), point client devices to that server so they can download the
forms.

Formhub also provides the code you can use and deploy them in your own
server: http://github.com/modilabs/formhub
