I am in the process of setting up ODK Central, I have an error (image attached)

I am setting up on CentOs 8 64-bit Os

I ran the "docker-compose build" command twice to check if this was an internet issue
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Setup ODK Central on a CentOs 8 Box
