Setting up own server without ODK aggregate

Hi

I am using ODK collect for a project, I would like to use my own server to post the collected data.

Do I have to install ODK aggregate on this server, or is there a way to upload the data from submitted forms straight to my postgresql database?

Thanks

You need ODK Aggregate or some other OpenRosa-compliant server to accept
the submissions and insert them into your system.
