Hello all, just need to know is it possible to restrict sharing and access by (Form) not by project.

A web user created for ODK Central can be made a...

  1. Project Manager: can perform any administrative task related to this Project and can fill Forms out in a web browser
  2. Project Viewer: can access and download all Form data in this Project, but cannot make any changes to settings or data
  3. Data Collector: can fill Forms out in a web browser, but cannot view or change data or settings

An app user in ODK Collect can be assigned access to individual forms within a project.

It is not possible to give a user access to the submitted data on a form by form basis within a project.
