You can't use relevance on hints. I'd use a note.

Hi @Raj_Pravat. In my xlsform I want to hide the text in the hint column. And if user give the correct answer, I show it. It's clear for you

Can you share relevant part of your xls form, so could be considered for a solution, if you are still on this.
